The Intern Incubator was established to impact economic and workforce development at a micro-level by providing a link between students and companies. The first of its kind in the region, the program establishes an environment where students participate in real-world marketing and communications projects. It is important to us because it provides marketing assistance to small businesses while filling the workforce pipeline with more experienced candidates at the same time.
